Melissa serves as Clinical Director and Supervisor, bringing deep expertise in marriage and family therapy, professional counseling, and addiction treatment. Sharee is a Certified Peer and Family Specialist and Qualified Behavioral Health Associate who specializes in re-entry and forensic peer support. She walks alongside individuals transitioning from incarceration, providing guidance, advocacy, and connection to recovery services that help them rebuild their lives with dignity and purpose.

Tia is the T.O.P. (Transgender Outreach Program) Coordinator, providing affirming, trauma-informed support and case management for transgender individuals navigating recovery and community reintegration. Her peer-centered approach creates a safe and empowering space for clients to heal and thrive.
